The training and front of desk service as this facility was very disappointing. I was traveling from out of state have a New York state insurance provider which evidently is not valid at this urgent care. This was not told to me at the time. The receptionist scanned my card and said, we'll contact your insurance and get it sorted out. I am now paying out of pocket a $130 because the proper information was not relayed to me. Customer service in billing was not at all helpful and unprofessional. After finding out that my insurance was not valid with the company I described what I wrote above. She quickly rushed me off the phone and did not have anything to say about the incompetence on their end. Incredibly disappointing.

The doctor is rude and short. Seems bothered by your presence. They’re painfully slow.

Worst doctors office I've ever have experienced. Third visit here for random drug screening and dot physicals.shortest wait has been 45 minutes, this last visit was 1 hour and 35 minutes before I had to say something, then it was only a 4 minute wait..physical was not given properly ontop of a 2 hour total visit for a simple physical

Suzanne Jackson so call nurse practitioner has the worst attitude, my husband is beyond sick and can barely speak when asked what was wrong I had answered her but she didnt hear me and yelled "does anyone want to tell me what is wrong" excuse the hell out of me if your ears weren't listening, I have never met anyone as unprofessional as this lady if you are not in the mood to do your job then I'd suggest you quit and move on, when one is sick one is fragile obviously she never got that memo.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
