Great product and amazing service. I take Carun hemp oil 6% twice a day. I take two drops in the daytime and five at night. It helps me get REM 3 sleep. The product is extremely strong a little drop goes a long way. The packaging is amazing, and the dropper is the best I've ever seen. I use the dropper in front of the mirror, so I can see the dosage hit under my tongue. The package says to hold for 60 seconds, but I get a better result when I hold it for 3 minutes. You're going to have to play around with the dosage to see what fits you best, everybody is different. Thank you for a great product!

Been using Carun's CBD Hemp Oil Extract for four months and it's amazing. Relieves my symptoms of peripheral neuropathy in minutes. Also, the fact that it reduces inflammation and can increase BDNF expression in the hippocampus (aka improve mood and "be smarter") is a great bonus. I started with the 600mg 6% concentration for the first two months, then switched to the 300mg 3% concentration since it was still effective (cannabinoids, such as CBD, are absorbed into your fat cells and builds up in the body so you need less over time). I've tried other CBD oils and Carun's was by far the most effective. My theory of why it's more effective is from two reasons. It being "full spectrum" means it still contains all the cannabinoids from the hemp plant (other cannabinoids, not just CBD, have medicinal effects) while not having any mind-altering THC (which means my mind stays fully functional at work and I can pass drug-screenings). The other reason is due to the specific EU-certified medical grade strain of cannabis sativa which the hemp oil extract is manufactured from in Europe. The importance of the strain used becomes obvious if you think about how in general different marijuana strains have extremely varying effects and potencies. I've shared the oil with friends and family members with far more severe medical problems than I have, and some of the immediate results were unbelievable. A visiting friend was experiencing what he described as excruciating facial pain and while his first dose of Carun's CBD oil was still soaking underneath his tongue, the pain went away! He said not even opioids have had any effect on this pain, while this CBD oil relieved it instantly! My mother has had rheumatoid arthritis for 30+ years, and this CBD oil gives her additional, natural pain relief while she continues to take her normal medications as directed by her medical physician. Since the cartilage in her joints are almost completely eroded, any effective form of non-narcotic, non-habit-forming, non-mind-altering pain relief that is free of side-effects, like Carun's CBD oil provides, is a godsend. Carun's team is genuinely empathetic to their customers and deeply passionate about their products. Just read any of the dozens of testimonials on their website, and you'll understand why. I think I'd continue using it even if I stopped having medical complaints just for the overall health benefits. I'll always have some on hand to share with a friend in need!
