Best place in okc. Everything they have is good products. They are always in stock with whatever you need. The prices are good deals and everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful. I don't go anywhere but here.

I think to be fair i went on a understaffed day but... No music playing everyone in the lobby was uncomfortable because dude was stressed and not friendly. We were also all locked in the store until he let someone in or out. Prices were not the best either.

I was reviewing local dispensary’s to find a business that would best serve my needs. At this current moment I do not have my medical marijuana card. But wanted to review several business’s in the local area to find the best service available. For when I obtain my card shortly. Unfortunately I have to rate this business a (1) cannabis cabinet. I have never had such poor customer service and how this business is rated 5 stars is astonishing to me. As I can only assume that it must be close friends and family that has been creating the ratings. My experience- I have called this “5” star rated business cannabis cabinet. They answered the phone right away however they might of well of not answered the phone at all. As it was not beneficial for a potential customer or for the business. As soon as I was greeted with a “hello” I communicated to the dispensary that I don’t have my card and was curious about CBD. That is when the experience took a turn for the worse. Cannabis Cabinet informed they do not sell any CBD products. Which is understandable, but does discredit the previous “5” star rating “good place to go for all your needs” as it does not take care of everyone needs. Now please don’t get confused as I am not Writing this review because Cannabis Cabinet does not sell CBD. I am new customer to the dispensary business. I just don’t understand how a dispensary gets a “5” star rating when selling which appears to be a limited inventory as I come to understand that CBD is a fairly basic product. The reason I felt compelled to write this review and give Cannabis Cabinet A (1) review is because the moment, I informed the shop I did not have my card, they shuffled me off the phone and no longer had time for a potential customer, and they would not further let me explain my situation. The business communicated sorry we don’t carry those products I have a patient here. Then the business hung up on me. As the business hung up. I lost my composure and relayed 1 profane word before being disconnected. Now if you solely rely on ratings to help determine where you shop at. I would highly suggest you skip this business. There are multiple dispensaries in thar area. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for all the other dispensaries were polite. Please don’t waste your time at business that is not capable of providing customer service that everyone deserves. Poor excuse for a dispensary. My first google review. Unfortunately it had to be a negative one. Hopefully the business can take from this and attempt to improve. As this business appears to be amateur.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
