its a good place with best people to make you smile ,and feel comfortable with place. it was my first visit ,and feel loving the customer service. Brianna Cruz was so helpful & knowledgeable about the products ; i like her attitude ,and she was very polite & patient.

I know a lot of other businesses that can take many lessons from these guys. Excellent customer service, huge selection all in a cozy atmosphere with a very professional web presence. Caliva delivery service is first class. Drivers are all professional and courteous and you know EXACTLY when your order will arrive. Back to my first sentence...

An excellent dispensary. I came here 3 times while on vacation & always got great service, twice with the same employee that I didn't catch his name, but he's a sharks fan. He gives an amazing service. Will definitely visit Caliva when I come back to Cali

Ordered delivery. Great menu with quality product, but that's where the praise ends. I submitted a $75 order at 5:15 PM and was told i'd receive an email when my order was approved. after an hour an no email, I called customer service. I was informed that I SHOULD have received an email, but I was assured that my order was processed an on it's way - i was told to expect the delivery driver to arrive by 7 PM at the latest. At 7:30 I called again to see where my order was. The customer service rep said that i was misinformed by the previous rep and that my order would arrive at 8:30 PM. at 8:45 PM, I called again. I was told YET AGAIN, that the previous rep misinformed me and that I should now expect my order to be delivered NO LATER THAN 9:35 PM (over 4 hours after submitting my order, mind you). Then, to my dismay, I received a text at 9:30 which stated "Caliva is on the way and should arrive in about an hour".....are you kidding me? Not only have I been waiting 5+ hours for my order, but I was blatantly lied to multiple times during that time as i continued to inquire about my orders eta. despicable customer service, stay away!!!!

Had mine delivered. Gotta say I've nwver been disappointed. You get what you order. And my delivery person, Diane was pretty amazing. She had me crackling! Too funny. I was able to be myself. Everyone I've spoken to from Caliva has been pretty nice to this ole' gal. I will order again. Thanks Diane!😂And all!🙋♀️👍
