Be WARNED when purchasing from this place. I've been purchasing vapes for years. Worst customer experience I've had in any business. Really sad. The manager seemed so friendly when I was buying from her, but when my vape was defective(in the "30 day return policy"), she played every trick she could to not be considerate. Saying that I wasn't on file, and the vape started working in store(it works off an on apparently), so she couldn't replace it or give me store credit. As politely as I could, I told her that I wasn't trying to take advantage of her, just that I wanted to be a satisfied customer. She told me that this conversation is over and kick me out of her store. Im 30 years old, respectful of others, and I've never been kicked out of a store. The money isn't the issue here, it's the lack of compation for customers. If you have a favorite vape shop, please please stick to it. Im from out of town and took a risk in purchasing here. I had to drive from out of town to be let down like this. I just wanted to have an adult conversation with her so that I could walk away at least feeling that she was empathetic towards my situation and not have to leave a review like this. The money is not the issue here. Very unfortunate.
