Very nice person, but the office really is incompetent. I am currently in advanced withdrawals from my medications. This is the third time in as many months. I have faithfully attended monthly recheck appointments only to be unable to get my medications refilled. I call the office multiple times when I need refills. They say it will get done, and nothing. Would not recommend at all.
