After 3 days of use their $15 battery stopped working. When I attempted to return the defective product the sales associate was unhelpful and refused to swap out for a replacement because I'd lost receipt. Needless to say I won't return, and will be sure to steer friends and family elsewhere. Poor business decision for a $15 save.

The owner Mark is a fantastic guy, very personable and helpful any time I have questions, need advice or help with a new device. His staff has always been the same. He upholds his warranties 100%, he is s always knowledgeable about everything he carries and always goes out of his way to make shopping there a pleasant experience. It's my favorite vape shop hands down. They definitely have much more of a selection of juice and vaping accessories than any other shop I've tried in an almost 80 mile radius. And definitely is more knowledgeable about vaping, as well as his products than most other shops. My only slightly negative opinion is that he doesn't have a location closer to me. The Springville shop is the closest and a 30-40 min drive, but in all the years I've been going there it's always well worth the trip! Hopefully they're there for many years to come.

We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
