I've been ordering from them for about a year. Wish I could give them negative stars...They have left me hanging at least 3 times within the last year. Today I waited 4 1/2 hrs ..horrible service. They say their customers come first but that's not the case. If they cant keep up with business they should hire more staff instead of compromising people's loyalty to them...there are many better delivery services, dont waste your time and money on this horrible so called business!

I have been using Budeze for almost 2 yrs now. At first I had great service and product. The last few times I ordered from them I didn't really get what I ordered, they said they were out, also I waited 4 hours for a delivery that was suppose to take 1.5 hrs. I have now found a better place to buy from, and better service, I don't have to wait to try and talk to someone just to place an order.😠😡 Your service now sucks!

MINUS(-)10 stars! F this place. Empty promises and feed their customers b.s., dry and or seedy greens. I always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they ALWAYS come up short.... done with this place. Your first time? You should be done with them too... dont waste your time .

I have been a customer since this place opened and I had a lot of trouble getting my meds from them but I stuck with them . I tip there drivers well ( overly well ) for the service but the managers here couldn't care less I order severall times a week and spend a lot of money here but the managers don't care. I talked to the manager Julie and put in my order she said I got you give us a hour and a half 4 hours later I call back the new manager ( I think his name is Adam ) told me the switched dispatchers at 5 and my order didn't get written down.He couldn't care less it was like I messed up told me to bad it's too late for me to get my medicine 😭 now. This is how Budeze treats a loyal customer from day 1 . There too big to care so order at your own risk. I you see a response from them to this review just know it's B.S. just like there service.Thanks for nothing Julie

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE U ORDER N WAIT AROUND FOR 2 HOURS AND THEN U CALL THEM TO GET AN ETA CAUSE U NEVER GOT ONE N THEY SAY HE WILL BE THERE SHORTLY THEN U CALL THE DRIVER N HE DONT EVEN HAVE A CAR N ASK IF WE CAN GO TO HIM UMM NO AINT THIS DELIVERY LOL DIDNT KNOW YALL HAD A WALK IN SHOP O WAIT U DONT GREAT CUSTOMER'S SERVICE GUYS NICE JOB HEY ALEX THINK U SHOULD GET BETTER N MORE RELIABLE WORKERS MAN IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE I SEE WHY I STOPPED USING THEM THE FIRST TIME I WILL NEVER CALL OR ORDER FROM BUDEZE EVER AGAIN
