Seedy, dark dirt brown medicine. Every strain looks the same! Way too expensive. Went there yesterday (5 august 2018), closed. No sign on the doors. Called and answering message said they were open on Sunday...Online store is behind...nice little amateur operation.

Their flower has saved my life!!! I haven't tried their edibles, I'm a smoker. I battle with severe nausea and fatigue, other things too but these two crippled me. I'm no longer crippled by nausea and or fatigue, it goes away 100% when I smoke "any" of their flower and has got me motivated again to do everything I enjoy and to get things done. It helps 100% with my psoriasis, keeps the flare-ups completely 100% under control, no itching wow! It works for my PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, ADD and bipolar type 1. I absolutely love their Alpine OG!!! It works for sleep as well as my other ailments to use during the day. Before I started medical cannabis I would only get 2 hours of interrupted sleep. I now get 8 hours of sleep, sometimes interrupted (not near as much as before... I believe it's because of how acute my insomnia is. But, I'm getting real sleep so I don't mind. Their King Tut is really good for both day and night. Also their Ftd works really good for nausea. Alpine OG and their Flo have been my favorite, they ALL work. King Tut gives you a good head high and is very mentally relaxing. Alpine OG is fantastic for pain as well. I could go on and on. Their Kimbo Kush is also good for sleep and pain; lay down as soon as you smoke it, your body will not make it to the bed if you wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. Their Black Eyed Katy is really good for sleep. They have Afghani Lights, it's a good hybrid sativa dominant weed. They have a classy business, it's elegant and modern on the inside. The people are so so kind and truly do care about you feeling and getting better. They answer all my questions in person and on the phone. They have several payment methods so that people don't have to always bring cash. They do not take checks or credit cards. They have a deep freeze behind the counter with edibles in it that the owner has cooked up... Pie slices, ice cream, and more. When you're buying flower /bud they have a scale and weigh it right in front of you. They label everything and will explain anything to you that you need to know. There is so many more good things to say but I don't want to make this any longer than it has to be. They've opened a new dispensary in Portales. I'll end this with my favorite thing of all.... They hand clip their plants and do not use pesticides or any other method of defoilatin.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
