I recently bought a couch from Bob’s. This was my first big furniture purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the process easy and I left feeling confident about my purchase. The delivery was a breeze as well. The delivery guys were nice, on time, and respectful to my home when moving in the couch. I am definitely going back for more furniture as continue to renovate my home. Definitely recommend!

My experience at Bob’s Furniture was easygoing and filled with more information than I could have asked for. Our salesman, Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable, sharing information about not only the company in comparison to others, but he shared with us reasons why he is an employee at Bob’s furniture. He spoke highly of the quality of the furniture at Bob’s and reassured us that our decision to make our purchase with Bob’s Furniture was a good one. I feel that my investment was a wise one. Not only was I very pleased with the my selection, but I was more than pleased with the price. Another aspect of my visit was that I was given space to browse and make an intelligent decision regarding the reason for my purchase. I’m so very looking forward to my new sectional. Thank you Randy and thank you Bob!

I went in to look at furniture and was immediately greeted at the door by a gentleman. He told us to feel free to look and let us know if we needed any help. Later on we found the sofa recliner we wanted and the sales associate Miranda Lewis (highly recommend) came over to us and helped us figure out which style we wanted and other features too. She was very polite throughout the whole process and conversated with us instead of just trying to make a sale. Our experience with her was excellent and will come back for future purchases whenever necessary.

sales rep Dan was not pushy and explained everything in detail. Change my thoughts find Bob's discount. they set it up to be automatically withdrawn which was a lie then they harassed us to make a payment and said they left messages but they did not. they have very poor customer service on their collections and then they don't even call people when they don't show up to take the item back. when you don't want it and they expect you to sit around and wait when they give you a set time to come. will not suggest this place to anyone. They are overpriced for the furniture that they have the only good part about it was Dan the salesman because he was cool and upfront about everything. Then after they pick up item they are still calling because they where not told it was picked up. Very poor service. Then sent email for survey that does not work. Place is a joke. Will never deal with them again.
