They simply stole my money I purchased 10 B12 shots for $100 at the Woodbridge location because it was so convenient for me, after i used 5 shots they simply told me that they were going to close that office and that if i wanted to continue getting the remaining 5 shots i would have to go to Springfield location, their hours there are so limited that made it impossible for me to get there after. So i asked for a refund for the 5 remaining shots and they said they don't give refunds! They keep on moving to different locations making it extremely difficult to continue with the B12 shots treatment, i strongly believe they do it on purpose just to keep peoples money!!!
They have the worse customer service in the world when it comes to replacing CPAP equipment! They never answer the phone when you select the option for medical equipment, they give you a response which says they will call you back in 48 hours. Then you have to play phone tag with them. The website is unsecured so you risk getting your financial information compromised if you decide to just order online. I am actively looking for another company to work with.
I had a very good experience with Bluepoint on New Years Eve. I needed a machine in an emergency. The office was closed but the owner and a dedicated employee name Susie came in speficially to meet me to ensure I got a machine at the last minute when no one else would help me. Thank You Bluepoint
I have had great difficulty getting help with my CPAP issues with your company. Until today, an angel answered the phone named Wynston Adams. He was the most helpful, the most informed and polite person that I have dealt with at your company. He was amazing. I am the first to complain but I also in the first to compliment. I am willing to accept failure as long as they are willing to fix it.
It's been over a month since my sleep study and I have not seen the results. Nobody answers the phone or returns messages.

One of Alexandria's largest employers is the U.S. Department of Defense. Another is the Institute for Defense Analyses. In 2005, the United States Patent and Trademark Office moved to Alexandria, and in 2017, so did the headquarters of the National Science Foundation. A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.
At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.
In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
