So Very well organized to say. Receptionist took all information and I waited. Efficient. So when I was called back she told her I was new and she was not happy and made no bones about it. I said oh..Not happy about that and she said no. I do not feel I will return, I will try some where else in the area. I felt uncomfortable and rushed. I thought I would get a little bit more help than I did. They do have everything you can need. But I don't need that attitude and lack luster type of help.

Wonderful, cozy dispensary. Convenient parking, and very comfortable waiting area. Staff is always friendly, and extremely knowledgable. It's a little further of a drive for us, but ALWAYS worth it!

We were really pleased with the shop and the staff. The only problem we had was the parking. My husband is disabled, and the back lot, although large, is gravel, making it impossible for wheelchair navigation. The front is black top, but virtually impossible to back a car out of if a car is parked in the opposing space. If they black topped the back lot, it would be perfect!

Your receptionist needs to be retrained. I probably will not return because of her and I deleted my previous 5 star review. I’ve been a customer of Bloom since Bloom opened. Bloom up to six months ago was out of this world with customer service - lately not so much. Your newer receptionist isn’t great. I thought that four of my last five visits were sub-par with terse interactions from the receptionist and one particular bud-tender who I think is also a manager - but I’ve only seen this person recently. What happened to the friendly and welcoming staff? I’m so disappointed as I use to think Bloom was hands down the best store around. I’ll pop in again at some point with my fingers crossed and I’ll gladly return the five star review should it turn around but for now I’ll be trying out other dispensaries.

This is a very nice little building doesn't look like a shop more like a garage but don't let that fool you they have excellent staff who are smiling and very polite plus they have a rewards program and their prices are pretty good today was a first of many. Didn't see the free chocolate though lol
