Online pickup store rep could have been a lot more helpful than he was. Went to another Best Buy to look at computer monitors and they didn’t have the monitor we were looking at in stock but this location did. South location Rep placed the order for us and we went directly to this store to pick up and it wasn’t ready for pick up. Online pick up rep said we could go ourselves and look to see if it was on the shelf...it wasn’t. I think he could have escalated with whoever was fulfilling online orders. Instead we waited around about 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. We left to get a bite to eat and we finally received notification that it was ready. Don’t normally go to this location and not sure if I’ll return to this one.

Best Buy was THE Place even till 2010 but needs major remodel to keep the foot traffic. As for this location, service is really slow, especially phone department. Reaction to customer 3/10.

My wife and I had purchased the wrong printer ink cartridges and I suffer from Rheumatoid Artritis. We used their wheelchair which was a nice break for my knees and ankles. Their standard policy is not to refund for cartridges that have been opened because of a high rate of people returning empty cartridges but the manager overrode the restriction and we were able to purchase the correct cartridges on a store credit. Thank you Best Buy for your compassion.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
