My daighter had bought a car from them and they said it was a one owner car and always made her payments on time...finished paying for it....and went to trade it in for a brand new car..the dealership only gave her 500 because they said they checked the vin number on the car and found out it actually had 3 previous owners and was in a car accident..never again will i buy a car from these people or refer anyone else to them.they are liars!!

Took the risk of getting a car from a dealer because of good review scores plus personal recommendations but unfortunately for me at least i experienced the typical stereotypical dealer stuff i had expected. Paid 5 grand for an 04 mitsubishi galant which after 2 days of driving around had unexpected issues. The check engine light came on for two reasons one of which i was made to believe was fixed before i bought the car and the other i was not made aware of. The codes were cleared shortly before i took posession of the car to make it seem as if everything was fine and for the most part the car is fine but i was also under the impression that there was a powertrain warrenty so i wasn't bothered by it so i took it back just to find out by powertrain warrenty or "in house warre ty" they mean their own chopped up version of powertrain which only covers engine and transmission failure nothing else their solution was to again clear the codes and tell me the check engine light is no big deal and tries to affirm that notion by bringing up the inspection checklist that of which said everything was perfect but clearly it wasn't and the car would never legitimately pass inspection in the condition it was and still is in upon purchase and even though the issues are not bad enough to make the car un driveable or for the most part unsafe the fact that deception and shady business practices were used only reinforces my willingness to stick to private party sellers and avoid dealers and is why based on my personal experience with it am giving a bad review. I'd like to point out that the staff was nice and helpful but of course that was before i took full ownership of the car so i guess i can't really count that.
