Dr Bella has been an absolute godsend in helping me with sleep and hormonal issues. I love that she does the virtual appointments, and how accessible she is, especially if I have needed her advice & support at a crucial time. I really felt like she had my back, and that she was genuinely concerned about my overall health & wellbeing, not just blood test results. It’s rare for a doctor these days, to give that level of care and support. She is a gifted and very thorough doctor, and I highly recommend her services. She will get you and your health, back on track.

I was not satisfied with my experience with Dr. Icenhower. I only went once because the cost was so high and I left feeling like she spent the whole time telling me to do things I already know. When one is having a challenging time with motivation, mild depression, there is a problem that goes beyond just telling me to walk everyday. I know what I need to do but I have a serious problem getting myself to do it. I left spending $357.00 on supplements. Many of the supplements have similar B vitamins and I wonder if I'm now getting too many B vitamins? I have been on the supplements for 3 months with minimal changes and zero change to the main reason I went to her. The one amazing thing that's come from it is I now sleep deeply through the night for the first time in 4 years. To me, that was worth the almost $600 I spent with my visit to Dr. Icenhower. I did not go back for fear of spending another large sum and getting nowhere. Adding to this after Dr. Icenhower's comment, I don't consider menopause a critical health issue. You did not address any of my concerns (other than insomnia). I've been to many fantastic Naturopath's in my life and I'm sorry to say, you're not one, at least not in my opinion.

Initially, I came to Dr. Bella for a second opinion after going to another ND in the area. I was a train wreck when I came to see her...I could not have felt worse! The other ND started me on a hardcore liver/kidney/lymph/viral detox when I was at a low point. Dr. Bella felt it was necessary to build up my strength and immune system before starting a detox. She makes this grueling process as fun as it can be, and is so caring and genuine. She is a great listener, very intuitive and her knowledge is so well rounded...very impressive! She has a very detailed patient profile that I completed prior to my visit, that she combs through and refers to a lot during visits. Surprisingly, she remembers a lot of the details! I had my second appointment today, as I am a month in to my protocol and am already experiencing a significant improvement...so, progress has been good! I am so thankful to have found Dr. Bella!

After 30+ years of chronic issues including a poor immune system, exhaustion, anxiety, digestive issues, and a sluggish metabolism, Dr. Bella was able to quickly diagnose the exact problems (low thyroid, low Vit B & D). I have visited traditional and holistic practitioners over the decades and Dr. Bella was the ONLY ONE who was able to prescribe a diet and supplement program that actually worked!!! I noticed improvements almost immediately and after only 3 months of following her plan, I can say that I have never felt this good!!! She is the most thorough and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever seen!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
