Needed a new phone and the associate noticed that we were paying an old plan. He upgraded us and now we pay less with more data. Really took the time to make sure we were taken care of.

Marshall is both knowledgeable and customer friendly. 6 stars if it was possible. Perfect example of what an employee should be.

Very unprofessional they never answer the store phone when I went in the store and asked why no one was answering the phone they claimed to be busy. So you can't answer the phone and say thank you for calling at&t can you please hold. So I spent 2 hours there don't know what they did something I didn't open an account went to Sprint better deals on the phones lower cost on the bill no problems was on there 45 minutes 5 lines out the door. Get home get an email from at&t saying thank you for choosing at&t withva contract/service agreement. I never started a contact or service with them. The email even has another employees name on it not the one I spoke with at the store..... I have contacted the fraud department and will also be contacting my Attorney about this matter. Even more unprofessional the manager reads all reviews and of course just like not answering the store phones they do not respond to their reviews. This store needs to badly be retrained In customer service. Starting with management followed by assistant managers then sales representative. Once management is trained properly then the chain will follow. Their excuse for not answering the phones is ( we was busy) the 2 hours I spent there I seen 8 employees two managers and only about 4 customers. If you claim your store is to busy to answer your phone as no one has answered over the last 4 months according to the reviews. Then hire someone just to answer the phone and take walk-in payments

Nobody is in a hurry to help any customers. Intelligence is very lacking in all but the managers. The managers are quick to help and very knowledgeable. The other staff is very ill informed and NOT knowledgeable. They had me pay my monthly bill very early AND pay off my phone installment plan, last visit, in order to upgrade my phone. They then told me that they had made a mistake, after taking $500 from me. And that I needed to pay an addition $200. That is a very expensive mistake that they would not refund. DO NOT trust any words spoken to you unless it is from the manager. I ended up paying $700 weeks and months earlier than necessary because of their mistake. And went to Walmart and received much better information AND service from their cellular retail employees and upgraded my phone at Walmart. The AT&T store is a place that I will avoid at all costs from this point forward. I DO NOT recommend paying them a visit and spending your precious time at this place. Go to Walmart and work with their cellular retail employees. They are MUCH more knowledgeable and have MUCH better customer service.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
