I’ve been going to Arrow Alternative Care since June of 2018 and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I got to know the pharmacists and staff there and everyone has an awesome attitude and is extraordinarily helpful. Evan is my go-to pharmacist for all things new, different or to discuss feedback. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to what is best for my condition and products I’d benefit from. Jess is warm and kind whether you’re walking in or out, she is sure to have you smiling. The other staff members are incredible too. I haven’t gotten to know everyone’s names just yet, but I’ve been treated like gold from them all. Arrow’s staff seems to care about their patients and what is best for their illness and their budget. This place is worth the drive from Stamford!

Where do I even begin? I have been with them since around the time that they opened. They are absolutely amazing. They really pride themselves on customer service and interaction. They work dlegently to establish and maintain a relationship with their clients. They offer amazing discounts to veterans n every so often just to say Thanks for your patronage. To prove my point, I was originally unaware that they offered this discount but as soon as I did I mentioned it and the manager was so kind as to even grant me a credit for all my previous purchases. I mean WOW! Their staff are always, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. There’s really no place like it. From the prompt service to the variety of options Arrow Alternative Care has become my second home. Special shout out to my favorite pharmacist Alexa.

A clean, hospitable and very accessible dispensary. With an excellent staff and superb products. The only reason I CANNOT give a 5 Star rating is because in Connecticut the financial cost of Medical Cannabis, Concentrates, Edibles and other Cannabis derivatives; is simply too expensive.

Great place! Discreet, friendly staff, never have a problem finding exactly what I need and they are great about keeping things in stock. Wading River is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York, United States, on the North Shore of Long Island. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 7,719. It is adjacent to Shoreham and shares a school district. Most of Wading River lies within the Town of Riverhead, but a small portion is in the Town of Brookhaven. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
