Thank you for wasting my time, as clearly yours is more valuable than mine. I called in on Thursday 1/31/2019 with no expectation on when I could be seen because I am a new patient, but the receptionist kindly scheduled me for Friday 2/1/2019 at 9AM. I shifted my work schedule to accommodate this visit, costing me money. I arrive at 8:45 AM at the location where the door was locked, and I had no problem with this as the sign in the window and Google search shows the open time of 9:00 AM. I wait until 9:01 AM try the door again, still locked. This time I knock lightly, wait a minute, and then I knock with more force in case the people obviously inside didn't hear me. There was no answer. I then proceed to call the office which rings through to their out of office line, which is ran by people off site. The kind woman informs me that new patients aren't supposed to be scheduled at 9AM they should be at 11AM or later. I rebut that by saying, if I was incorrectly scheduled at 9AM as an existing patient then someone should still be here. She proceeded to give me a well intentioned excuse as to why that may be, and I again rebut that by stating CLEARLY someone is inside the office ignoring the door, my phone call and my appointment time that was scheduled, albeit incorrectly. While everyone I have spoken to seems kind enough the fact that the on site staff decided to ignore my presence doesn't really invoke my interest to trust their doctor with my spine. First impressions are everything, and I wish I knew who was in the office so I could personally thank them for valuing their time and convenience over mine. This whole situation could have actually been defused had someone saw that I was incorrectly booked and called me ahead of time OR just answer the phone or door when I was there. Have the decentcy to tell me to my face that your office made a mistake and couldn't see me today. It was rude, and now I am going another 10 minutes out of my way to see a different chiropractor. I will also make sure I vehemently recommend against using this office just off sheer lack of professionalism. If they are willing to ignore you at the door to make you go away, imagine what they might do if they accidently mess up treating your spine. New information: 11 AM rolls around and this office calls me to "remind me" I have a 9 AM appointment. You see where this is going? They called me 2 hours later to remind me of a 9 AM appointment. This is comical at this point. I tell her I was up there and the door was locked, no one answered the phone. "Oh yeah, well I saw your car pull up, but I guessed you were waiting til 9 to come in." I did walk up to the door as soon as I got there.. lie #1. I went back up there and knocked, I waited by the door from 9:01 to 9:10. "Well I went in the back to turn the lights on and when I came back you were gone. I didn't hear you knock or nothing." Right... So you saw me at 8:45AM, knew you couldn't unlock the door, made no attempts to call me prior to 11 AM, made no attempts to come outside and get me. Then she falls back on "oh well I was having issues unlocking the door." You get that NONE of that makes any sense right? BASICALLY CALLING ME TO INFORM ME: I knew you were there prior to 9, I made no attempts to open the door, I didn't let you know the door wouldn't open, I didn't call you, and I am gonna call you 2 hours later to let you know you have a past appointment. I hope the owner sees this and how clear it is that your employee is flat out lying to a potential customer. I feel like I am in the twilight zone.

I was a little unsure stepping into the building, it didn’t look too promising but I was surprised! The staff is so friendly and the doctors are awesome. I’m currently having my daughter adjusted, she got into a bicycle accident. Dr. Viernow went over everything with us and gave us all the details. I was very satisfied and so was my daughter. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I give this place 5 stars! We cant wait to go back!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
