The doctors he are ok, but the staff that run this place are ridiculous. I had a x ray done on my are and they have lost it and want to charge me again to look at my arm. Not going to happen, then I go in for my appointment and the lady at the front desk says my referral has expired and they cant see me until the get it and if I dont get it to the within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment I will have to pay a appointment cancel fee of $70, I asked her why I wasnt told at my last appointment that my referral was to expire, she says that it's not there responsibility to keep up with that. I ten asked to talk to the manager and she said have a seat, and as I turned around her and her assistant was laughing and stuff. This place has you sign a new piece of paper charging for whatever they can every visit, I will no longer be going to this clinic and advice anyone who's their or plans to go here to think otherwise, this place is totally unprofessional and a joke to the medical field!

I would actually give minus stars if available. In was referred to the Pain Center by my surgeon on 12/12/17. I had to call my surgeons office back after 2 weeks since the Pain Center never called me to set up an appointment. Finally I got a call after my surgeons office called to follow up. I loved my appointment with Dr. Butch and was scheduled for my injection. On Monday before my Friday appointment for 1/19 I received a call that my appointment was being cancelled because they had not gotten insurance approval. I called on Friday 1/26 to follow up. Today 1/29 I received a call that my insurance did not approve the injection. So, I called my insurance company and found out that a claim has not been submitted and they require 2 weeks to approve the claim. I called the Pain Center back and found out that they have had some office problems and that they stack of forms needing to be submitted to insurance. So no I was given the wrong terminology, my claim was not denied, they just haven't gotten around to sending for authorization. If my claim had been submitted when the appointment was made there would have been plenty of time to get the approval. Needless to say they have major problems in the office and I'm not sure if the doctors are even aware. So, I guess I'm starting over and will get a referral for another Dr. that has an office staff capable of handling patient paperwork. I will be letting my surgeons 9ffice to know not to send referrals since the office staff can't handle the patient load they have now. So from 12/12/17 as of 1/29/18 I am still at the starting point. This is a Pain Center that can't get paper work completed to get procedures done to relieve patient pain. The Doctors need to be aware of what is going on in the office.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
