On Oct. 6, 2016 I paid All Type Auto Parts $420.05 for a rear axle assembly for my Olds Bravada. It turned out that what I needed was a front differential. They said they did not have one that would fit but they could look for it and it might take them a couple of days. After three weeks of being told they had ordered the part and it would come in in a couple of days, I requested a refund of the money I had paid them so I could purchase the part elsewhere. They refused to refund the full amount saying that they had labor invested in pulling the original part which turned out to be the wrong part. They would only return $220.00 of the $420.05 I had paid them. I filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office.
