They have a wide selection of pre-fabricated wood burning and gas fireplaces, as well as, fireplace accessories. The staff is more than willing to work with you to ensure you make the smartest decision in your purchase.

Very knowledgeable staff. Get black pipe elsewhere if you can, they are expensive here. Other items are normally priced.

In the process of buying a fireplace from them. Ordered over a month ago, said it would take about four weeks. Called again today, said it would be anywhere from four to six weeks. I can’t believe that a fireplace takes six weeks to build from the manufacturer and ship... you can build a house in four to six weeks. Guess the manufacturer is slow, or builds them when they get ordered? They take a 50% deposit, so be prepared to shell out almost 2k for the base fireplace on a deposit. In person customer service is terrific, don’t waste your time calling them. As other reviews have stated they act like they are doing you a favor by talking to you, will wait till after the new year to hopefully get my fireplace and then report back.
