Sunday I had symptoms for possible detached retina. So Mon at 8 am I showed up at their office & was greeted and politely referred to a Eye Surgeon in Pensacola. Long story short I needed Laser surgery and was out and back on the street by 3pm. You Rock and truly think of your customers first.

I'm a snowbird in Alabama and called the Alabama Coast Eye Clinic to take care of my eye problem. I was able to be seen that day! The staff was so friendly and caring! It was my pleasure to meet Dr Felber who was very professional. I was extremely impressed with his sharp and personable services to releave my eye pain. I would highly recommend this eye clinic!

I lost my glasses in the ocean yesterday morning, 950 miles from home. I have a strong prescription so needed a new set of eyes before we have to leave in a few days. They were my husband's first phone call because of the good ratings. Long story short, the girls in the office worked through seversl options with me over the ohone and devised the best plan for me to get me back in business in the shortest amount of time. They even helped by making suggestions that saved me money, ultimately putting my needs before their bottom line. It wasn't about making money...It was about helping ME till I could get back home. I am so appreciative of them and highly recommend them. I had a new set of glasses in LESS than 24 hours, and am totally happy with how they turned out! They really went above and beyond!
