This store has an incredibly unique selection of specialty frames from all over the world. I paid for one pair and got another for free! This small independently owned store in the middle of historic Monroe has incredible customer service. Richard, the Optometrist, was so helpful with information and in getting in my glasses as quickly as possible. Everyone in the store was so helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend this store!

Kathy Moore and Jesse Chambers are right! I also met the problems they mentioned. They totally lied about the insurance coverages. Lied about the cheapest option to get the glasses and the frame for $1. Finally, they end up charged me for the full price which is cover by the insurance for $355 ( bi-focal & anti reflection). They told me that the full price was $485 - $130 (insurance covered), so I ended up pay $355. We believed them and agreed to pay coz we was in a rush for a trip, plus the service was so nice n friendly (actually, they just wanna get yr money out from the pocket). The next day, my neighbor told me that I was charged too much from them, so, we decided to check at another 2 clinics with the same options. At the others places, they don’t accept my insurance but I’ll pay only $295. Was so mad to get cheated from a professional specialist that I used to admire! They should have been honest with the clients! After reading the reviews, I know i’m not the only one who got cheated from them. Be careful! U’ll get hurt when u know s.o u trust cheated on u. Avoid this place!

Totally lied to me about my insurance coverage! Full coverage for exam and I have 80% coverage on hardware and lenses. They told me I have full coverage when they made the appointment. And no hardware coverage when ready to charge me. When I declined to spend $250 for computer lenses and $450 for bifocal lenses, as I have a dog needing surgery the following week, LDO Ahrens got very indignant with me "What! Your dog is more important than your eyes!? Since my dog is my child and I can see, Absolutely!! My kid is more important! After finding a cataract in my right eye then telling me my insurance is a real pain to process to wait five years when my Medicare kicks in! BEWARE!!!

This is the only place I trust with my eyesight! Richard and his staff are simply amazing and I know I am in good hands whenever I come in. Excellent customer service and love the vibe of the office.

Very nice people but absolutely upcharged me. Lied to us about cheaper options for glasses and sunglasses,I then called my insurance company and they filed a complaint and told me to go back and get a refund and go elsewhere with my business. Also charged me full retail for glasses that were covered under my insurance. They were nice but definitely shady business practices.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
