Tried to complete my lost card application this Wednesday only to find out they were closed for the day. I stood outside of the office knocking on the door, calling the office & searching for their hours. I didn’t get a response until I became so fed up with their lack of communication I left a voicemail telling them I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Finally get a response, through a TEXT, obviously my business isn’t important enough for a phone call. Long story short the folks at the office told me their office hours are posted on 3rd party websites and they’re usually closed on Wednesday. Obviously they’re not paying attention to the basics when it comes to running a business. Because they didn’t post their hours on their website, office door/window or voicemail I wasted my afternoon traveling to a closed office. Good riddance I completed my application, without their $20 mark up.

Although it is taking a long time to receive my card in the mail (which has nothing to do with them), this clinic has been so helpful. The employee answering the phone is always quick and happy to help. Very easy experience and I do feel like the genuinely care.

June 1st 2018, traveled from Show Low Az. to your clinic to renewal my Med Marj. card. Since I had been seen by another doctor in Snowflake, Az. twice for renewal the young girl asked me to call him to fax med history to your clinic. I did this at your clinic same day. Dr Meshier said he would sent it the same day to your office fax. The girl told me she only received a certification form that day. 3 weeks later nobody from the Scottsdale office ever called to inform me that no med records were received. This is your office not following though for my med records or calling to inform me. Called your clinic spoke with girl again and was informed again no med records were ever received. The girl told me she would try again the same day. I told her if she had any problems please called me back same day. Again no call back. I understand in her notes she says I was to call the doctor. Her notes are wrong. She noted what she though she remember. I don't know why my old doctor didn't send anything but, the second time I called he was out of state and would return in a couple days [Saturday] and then send info. I called back and told the girl the situation and she said she would look for the records Monday. Does she have that info in notes. Never received call back again. July 11th called again spoke with young man and find out again no med records. Isn't your staff suppose to follow though on new patients and call backs. The young man said that twice I was responsible for calling my doctor. I have at this time called the doctor 3 times. I think your staff need much more training and especially applying notes on patients. I should not be charge $75 because your staff couldn't preform there jobs. I will post this message for review of your office and Facebook.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
