Review by Molly Yarnevich

I highly recommend Benjamin! He is kind and knowledgeable and professional. He listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. He helped me with low back pain, as well as toe numbness. Benjamin even diagnosed my fairly mild case of shingles (which my primary care doctor misdiagnosed as bug bites) AND helped me heal quickly and naturally. Benjamin also has a very fair 10-visit discount package which I took full advantage of with weekly treatments. I will definitely be making more appointments with Benjamin. -Molly Yarnevich

Whatever it is that is plaguing you currently, Benjamin can help. His kind heart and extensive knowledge and understanding of traditional Chinese medicine afford him the ability to approach each patient and each ailment from a deeply intuitive space. It is this unique gift that makes him such an incredible healer.

I have a few medical conditions that led me down the path of looking to acupuncture for the first time in my life. After much research, I reached out to Benjamin and he kindly corresponded to me several times before I ever walked through his door. He put my mind at ease, and I recently learned that after about 3 months of intense acupuncture therapy, some of my most troubling medical conditions are in complete remission! He is a master of his craft. I find Benjamin calm, caring, and stunningly effective. Despite only knowing him for a short while, he makes me feel like we are old trusted friends.

Benjamin is the ultimate acupuncture master! Melting muscles aside, I have grown addicted to the calm, energetic blissful state I experience after every acupuncture session. Everyone should add acupuncture to their health regime and Benjamin is the best!

Benjamin is the best! I recently had severe lower back pain, and knee pain. I went to see Benjamin Dierauf since he took care of my shoulder pain with several rounds of treatment with suction cupping and acupuncture before. After his treatment this time, with suction cups and acupuncture, immediately afterwards, the pain in my lower back and knee was noticeably reduced. Benjamin has been practicing Chinese medicine for 24 years, his experience and knowledge make him one of the best in Chinese medicine in East Bay. He is also a gentle, kind, and caring person. I very strongly recommend him. You will be in great hands!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
