The weed sucks,full of stems and just not very good quality.Ive been coming here a while bc it's close n cheap until the night before Christmas and the guy screwed me out of $15 n change and lied n said i gave him 25 wen it was 40 I gave him,2 of my last 20's,so I'll down there today to straighten this out.Pay another buck or 2 a gram at telluride or prohibition better tree,service

Super friendly and knowledge staff and the best part is they have a great deal on flower. The building use to be a old steak house and has a impressive deck with a wonder view of the canyon. It should be a for sure stop on the north end of Durango.

The outside of the building looked cool n same with inside (minus looking a little empty). I came in to purchase a variety of things, hoping to score some good buds. Well I started to browse the jars, opening them and smelling them, but not touching them. They looked stale, some smelled stale, and they were popcorn sized nugs like 2 maybe 3 in each...hard to get a good smell off of that in a bigger sized jar. Well The dude I assumed was the manager (judging by how he was counting a huge stack of cash IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW TO COLLECT I.D.'S and by the front door) he seemed to just not be happy being there; was "helping" us and was just being really short, and didn't seem to care that we were there to buy. No enthusiasm, we tried to strike up a friendly conversation-no dice. When another customer came up to the window he told the girl she had a customer; so she took the bag of weed with her to the window...I mean a big bag of weed. (That's how u get robbed). Thats a no no in most places I have been in. I liked 2 strains the best out of their middle grade prices because they seemed the best looking/smelling and that's including having looked over their top selection strains.The dude that helped me TOUCHED my buds with his bare hands...he had the tongs in his hands! Why not just only use the tongs?! Or wear gloves! I thought to myself well no wonder the buds looked kind of stale...because they touched them! I also purchased 2 cartridges and 1 of them broke upon putting it on the battery. Just in my opinion my first n probably last trip to Acme Healing Center in Durango seemed so unprofessional! The presentations of their products need to be improved! The professionalism needs to be restored! Bring in Durango's friendliness! And maybe have more merchandise features better...I.E. I didn't know what kind of pre rolls if any were available like I saw everything else in the cases around me. Like even if its not a real pre roll so the customers can see an example of how it is rolled/packed and the size of the pre roll so they KNOW what they are getting without it being touched by bare hands!

We stopped here because we noticed they bad great deals, and they do! But it's because the bud is no good, in my opinion. Won't be shopping here again.
