Lindsay at Achieving Health has been my go-to acupuncturist off and on for a few years. She's super knowledgeable and skilled-- AND intuitive and compassionate. The treatments have really helped some acute lower back pain I was having, but it's also helped with more subtle issues, like sleep/mood/focus/immunity. At one of my first visits I just asked if she could do anything for "a broken heart" since I'd been through a nasty break-up, and by some acupuncture-magic, I felt amazing when I left. Definite positive results. Highly recommend!

Super happy with Lindsay and crew. I came in with multiple issues and have experienced great results! Good facility, warm and friendly staff, hot tea, relaxing music and heaters for your feet!

I saw Summer upon a recommendation from a friend after postpartum hormonal changes. Over the course of meeting with her, I learned so much (more than just nutrition) and enjoyed every session. Summer helped me make small tweaks in my habits that made a huge difference in sleep, stress, and every area of my life. I could not recommend Summer and her services more - I think everyone could benefit from sitting across the table and learning from all that she has to offer.

After my first session with Lindsay, she called to make sure I was feeling OK and to see if I had any questions about our session. She continues to follow up and check in which makes me feel like I’m not just another patient. She truly cares about her patient’s wellbeing and is passionate about the work she does. The atmosphere is the office is always relaxing and quiet.

Both Lindsay and Tristan are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is also extremely relaxing and I always leave my session feeling calm and centered.
