Michael is one of the most compassionate, delicate and gentle doctors I have ever met. I came to see him with a very nasty cold that made me feel very miserable and barely alive. Michael was very attentive to my complains, discussed my options for treatment and as we proceeded to treatment, he was explaining in detail what he was going to do, what sensations I might experience and what results we would achieve. His bedside manner is excellent! At no point during the treatment I felt rushed or uncomfortable. On the contrary, I felt like I had a spa treatment! I felt great after a single acupuncture treatment - no headache, stuffy nose, sinus pains or any other unpleasantries of a cold. Michael sent me home with a herbal formula to support my body in recovery and I am still in awe how effective and affordable the whole treatment was! The only side effect I see so far - I am getting addicted to Abundant Heaven and I have a serious case of bragging about their services to all my friends and family. :-)

“Classy office, state of the art acupuncture that really works! After 6 visits my plantar fasciitis was cured. They also sell herbs and teas. After 7 years of tummy aches I no longer have them! I feel like I am curing the problems not masking them.

I have been seeing Michael over the past three years for a myriad of different issues including chronic pain, allergies, digestive issues, and more. He is a very thorough practitioner who is quick to answer any and all questions that you have and explain what is happening the whole way through. He is very passionate about acupuncture and Chinese herbs and has a lot of compassion for his patients. I strongly recommend anyone who is considering acupuncture to work with Michael. You will not be disappointed.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
