The disrespect I got was beyond surreal. I had my account switched to another store before paying it off. I will go without before paying double for anything from Aaron's again. This location assured that.

Yeah, if I could also give zero stars I would. Back when the Edwardsville location was still open I use to use them because I had better customer service though them. I knew, having to go to the East Alton location it was only a matter of time before a prick got on the phone with me who thought it was smart, to talk to me like I was 12. So when I first set up my account I told them, Make my payments due on the 15th. I will never be able to pay on time if you set me on the 1st. . They still made it on the first making this cycle of constantly having to be in talks to make payment arrangements. They just assumed because my sister paid on the first because of her benefits that I would too (we live together but separately rent different items, so different accounts). Of course to get to the 15th now they would have to up charge me to catch up the payments and it hasn't been an option for me that I could afford. My sister recently lost her benefits due to getting a job of her own, even though we were told she wouldn't. We of course weren't appropriately notified so found out the day of. This is her first time EVER really being this late with them. We planned for her payment Thursday the 8th of March, and mine on Friday the 9th when I got paid. I had a feeling she wasn't going to have the money on the 8th after trying to catch up on rent so honestly I planned that if that happened to have her pay what she could to them, and then I would pay for mine and the rest of hers the following day and she could pay me back. Well, Friday came, and I woke up to finding that my direct deposit services was closed, for Security purposes when I woke up. That meant I couldn't reactivate my phone, so I was left with no choice but to go to work and wait till this morning (the 10th) to call them via google hangouts. I knew they had come to our door on Friday, even though my sister left for work, and I was sleeping. I work night shifts and I sleep in the back room so I won't hear anyone knock. They of course left their tag. I called and instantly got a very defensive response. He was mad because my number was Anonymous because of calling though Google Hangouts. So he assumed I had him blocked so he couldn't contact me. Every time I tried to open my mouth to explain my situation he would interrupt me. He was ticked cause of course we didn't make the date. Fair enough. But honestly, speaking to a customer no matter how right or wrong in your eyes with the kind of tone he used is unacceptable. This is not the first time I got this kind of response from this location. The last time was years ago, so I expected better. If it wasn't for the fact I was in desperate need for a bed, I wouldn't have rented at all from this location. Honestly, I betting I can get a more comfortable bed for the same price or slightly higher. You best bet, before I give them a dime when I get my direct deposit unlocked, I will be looking for another bed. The only reason they will actually get this payment is because they are stuck as my last resort.

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I've had nothing but good luck with Aaron's. If I need to have the payment a week late, they understand. Thank you

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
