This place is awesome. CBD oil has changed my life. I love it. I'm happier and more driven and can handle life no matter what it sends me. I take 1500mg and it's the best thing ever!! Now I can look at all the products and decide what I want. AND THERE'S NO SIDE EFFECTS!

I went to 502 Hemp for the first time a couple of months ago at the recommendation of my dad’s nurse practitioner. He has leukemia and had been through two rounds of chemo which totally wiped all his blood counts down to very critical levels. It was kind of a last ditch effort to try .... he was receiving two units of red blood cells and platelets twice a week going on four weeks and I can honestly say the only change we made to what we were doing for him was to add the CBD oil that was recommended by 502 Hemp in Louisville. We just came from today’s Oncology visit and he is maintaining his red cell count on his own and has doubled his platelet count without any added blood products. Give 502 Hemp a try...

When I met Dee Dee I had been having several stress induced rashes from emotional triggers and dietary issues so she suggested I try the 500 ml oil and the hemp salve. At first I thought it was going to be another local topical thing but it was indeed helpful in calming my inflammation both on my skin and in my belly. Little by little the spots dried up and now I use the salve on my face to help reduce wrinkles and retain moisture every day. Dee Dee's heart and knowledge is remarkable. Let her consult with you. You wont be dissapointed~

Dee Dee and 502 Hemp are amazing! This store is so clean, organized, and beautiful. It has everything you need when it comes to CBD. Dee Dee's passion and knowledge is incredible. She knows the product like the back of her hand. I am always learning and she is always coming up with new products when I visit. She has new honey's that are delicious and the bath bombs are the best for soaking. I bring several friends here and they fall in love with this place. I am so happy they advertise in LEO Weekly too because that is the best publication that the state of Kentucky has and because I saw them in LEO Weekly, I knew this place had to be legit! I love 502 Hemp and Dee Dee is where you need to go if you're clueless about CBD! This store may actually change your life....for the better!

About Louisville, Kentucky

Louisville (varying pronunciations: LOO-ee-vil, US: LOO-ə-vəl, locally LUUV-əl) is the most populous city in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, sixth-most populous city in the Southeast, and the 27th-most-populous city in the United States. By land area, it is the country's 24th-largest city, although by population density, it is the 265th most dense city. Louisville is the historical county seat and, since 2003, the nominal seat of Jefferson County, on the Indiana border. Named after King Louis XVI of France, Louisville was founded in 1778 by George Rogers Clark, making it one of the oldest cities west of the Appalachians. With the nearby Falls of the Ohio as the only major obstruction to river traffic between the upper Ohio River and the Gulf of Mexico, the settlement first grew as a portage site. It was the founding city of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, which grew into a 6,000-mile (9,700 km) system across 13 states. Today, the city is known as the home of boxer Muhammad ... What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
