Normally I've been to a couple public spiritual events that have shops set up and the community has always been really warm and inviting and open to sharing knowledge. This was my first time to a personal shop like this and it was cool for the first minute and then the rest of it was just uncomfortable and felt very cold, just overall really bad energy. My mother had sent me a flier for getting a photo of my Aura taken, something that I had been wanted to get for a long time but the flier was a week old. My mom called the shop to ask when they would be doing Aura photo's again and they said they do them all week. My mom asked if we could come in Saturday and they said yes and that they were open from 10am to 2pm. My mother and I got there at 10am and after pleasantry's of greeting a person we immediately felt rushed. They had a class to teach soon so they had to hurry up and take the photo's. I sat down and had to put my hand on a device with little metal tabs on it while the lady took my picture. It legitimately felt like I was just putting on a mood ring and having a picture of my mood ring printed. Once the photo's were taken we asked about what the colors meant and was told that it depends on the software used because different programs mean different things or something along those lines. (If that isn't a scam of a program I have no Idea what is) While paying we were feeling pretty down about our photo's (which also look horrible and are of terrible quality) but tried to probe a little and got - "the reading is extra money." - Okay well how much? - "$65" - okay, well what do we get from a reading? - "I don't know it depends on what I get from the photo." Like, could you throw me a bone here and give me an answer that encompasses what your shops aura reading package entails instead of me having to probe about what specifically is my $65 getting me? When explaining our concerns to the owner she said the email "specifically states that the reading is extra and even if we wanted one she doesn't have time because she has to teach a class." Well I don't don't even know what email she is talking about because I didn't get an email, we called and asked in person and no one mentioned that one it cost extra and two that they wouldn't have time to give you a reading even if you wanted to pay for it before driving all the way to their shop. The lady also just randomly repeated how experienced she is about four times and popped off other scams she sells for ludicrous amounts of money that I wasn't interested in. She will teach about astrology for a cool $2100.00. are you effing kidding me? You can read a book for $15.00. I asked if I could know what software they used so that I could look up my own reading and was deferred someone else because she "wasn't the technical person."... like are you kidding me? You're the owner and just told me how you've got 40 years of experience and teach all this amazing spiritual stuff but you can't tell me what software you are using to take photo's of people Aura's after you just held a week long event taking photo's of people's Aura's? I left the shop feeling very irritated and honestly just ripped off. Like they couldn't be bothered unless we were gonna pay up. Well if you want some more money you have to at the very least be able to pretend that you care about your customer more than their money. Of course, everyone has a different experience but if it were up to me I would save yourself the heartache of visiting this shop.

Don’t miss this hidden gem of a shop! I wish I could buy all the things. Great selection of oils and save myself a trip into the city.

I love this place. The owners are very kind. It's a metaphysical shop that also offers classes and services.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
